Yoga & movement

My yoga sessions are bespoke; I specialise in guiding you to understand your unique patterns, especially ones which cause pain, fatigue or anxiety. Then you can move with confidence and focus on the adventures in your life.

Breathwork

It is estimated that 70% of people have some sort of breathing dysfunction (biomechanical, biochemical or psychophysiological). I guide people to understand their specific breathing patterns so they can take control of their anxiety, sleep and fitness levels so they have more energy to focus on their goals.
