WHY US?
Miles is North London based, a husband and father of two girls, a BSc Sports Therapist, Trainer & Injury Rehab Specialist.
‘Sport has always been part of my life; joining a premier league football academy at age 6 through to playing professionally and semi-pro until 2013, when I transitioned from athlete to therapist and coach. Having been engulfed in performance throughout my life, I also experienced multiple injuries and three surgeries, including x2 inguinal hernia and a knee reconstruction. From these, I developed a deep interest in the why behind injury, movement mechanics, causes and recovery, based on me at the time but still the same curiosity in how I help others now.
I help athletes and active individuals from recreational to elite to uncover the causes behind pain, movement limitations, and inefficiencies, not only focusing on site of symptoms. My approach focuses on movement based, whole body solutions that restore function, enhance efficiency, and help people to perform better than before’.
